Comment:     I live in Kettering with my wife, Krista, and our 4 kids.  I graduated from UD in chemical engineering.  After college, I got a job at WPAFB and have been there since 1982. 
    We are mostly busy with the kids and sports.  Kirsten,17, will be a senior at Fairmont High School.  She is dating, Shane Sullivan,  the son of another Fairmont 1978 Grad, Joe Sullivan.  Amanda, 15, will be a sophmore at Fairmont and plans on running cross country and playing soccer.  Caraline, 11, will be in 6th grade at Kettering Middle School and likes Webkinz. Michael, 9, our youngest, and only son, will be in 4th grade at Prass Elementary School and likes anything that has to do with video games.
   We will be at the picnic on Sunday.

I married my college sweetheart (GO BUCKS!). He is an engineer (thanks in advance for expressing your sympathies).





We have two children - Brianna, who has a BSN and is a nurse at a Toledo area hospital, and Dylan, who is a teacher working with students who face challenges such as autism and/or emotional issues. (That's them in my "before" photo slot. They are, obviously, incapable of taking a "normal" picture.)





Both kids are married. Dylan has boy/girl twins and Brianna has a boy.





I work as an independent copywriter, writing everything from technical manuals and documentation, to marketing copy and web content. For much less money but much more fun, I'm also a published novelist.





We've moved around quite a bit, living in southwest, southeast, central, northeast and now northwest Ohio and 2 places in North Carolina (Asheville and Winston-Salem). We're currently in a suburb of Toledo. :)

Comment: Hey Everyone!  Can you believe it has been 30 years?   I haven't been to any of the reunions so I suppose its time to try.  I am looking forward to trying to figure out who is who - it's been so long!  I'm living in South Carolina now after living in Florida from 1991 to 2007.  I have 3 kids, Chad, Shanna and Will.  And, I have 5 (yes 5) grandkids.  Hope this is finding you happy and healthy.  If you'd like to touch base before the reunion, send me an email to MommaT60@hotmail.com

Comment: I have been married to my high school sweetheart, John, for 24 years. We have been together for 30 years, my oh my. We have 2 children, Daniel (20) he works full time and goes to school and Jennifer (18) a senior in HS and going to Morehead State University in Kentucky in the Fall. I don't work outside of the home right now, I stayed at home to raise my kids until they were gone on their own.

Comment: The years have gone so quickly and I haven't kept in touch very well because I moved a lot.  I married my high school sweetie, Martin Griffin in 1979; we moved to Washington state, and later near Portland, Oregon.   Between 1994 and 1998, we were in Togo, West Africa, while Martin worked for Evergreen Helicopters (he's a mechanic). Then we moved to PA to be closer to his family in Ohio. 

Our kids, Kevin 25 and Rachel 22, both graduated from college this May!  Whooo hoo!  He has a degree in Ministry and she has a Music Education degree. 

I earned a Bachelor's in Marketing in 2005, and now work for OPEN MINDS, a consulting firm in the human services field. I write a weekly newsletter about events in the external operating environment of the behavioral health and social service industry.  On the side, I am treasurer for the high school band boosters association. 

Hobbies...between kids, dogs, and everything else that calls my name.. I kinda gave up time for hobbies and crafts, but I've started learning how to catch more than bluegill when we go fishing. I think that counts.
