Does this website still work? Anyone besides Julie S please email me.
Okay, things run slower down here in Alabama. I just now discovered this website. When my husband retired from the Air Force we landed in the Huntsville, Alabama area (Think NASA & Missle Defense). Life has been good. I couldn\'t make it to the reunion, we were at the Grand Canyon celebrating my in-laws 50th anniversary. If you want to know anything else, email me.
Hey Everybody; Ive been working 60 hr weeks since I've been back here in Dallas after the reunion, which is the norm for me this time of year but I just wanted to reiderate a bit.A word to the wise -guys-if and when diving from the high dive while in your birthday suit-PLEASE and I mean PLEASE be careful on how you land-trust me.Anouther piece of info I probally shouldn't reveal is that I've always wanted to kiss Ed Schmit also but never had the chance and I feel left out Ed! Anyway have a fun summer all-MATT
I never graduated but have been trying to find some of my friends. I have been following the class of 77 on facebook. I would really love to attend a reunion since I went to Kettering all my young life. That is my roots. So if anyone remembers me drop me a line at my email.
Hi Lisa, so glad to hear about 35 year plans. I have enjoyed catching up with a lot of our classmates on FB. I have been in Baltimore MD for almost twenty years now, I married in 1986 and we have two children Melanie 24 in grad schools at UK and Tim 22 in Towson MD. I plan to make it to the 35th and would love to help out with a donation when you put together a plan.

Hey everyone!
Lisa, Good Morning to ya, ( or what time of day it may be when you get this ) First of all let me say "Thank You" for the reminder about the class reunion!! 35 years, I remember a time in my life when I just wanted to live for 35 years let alone be celebrating my 35th year class reunion!!! All I can truly say is WOW!!! Please do me a favor and pass on my regards to everyone, I say that because I will once again and with much regret not be able to make it back for the Party. After my retirement from the Navy back in 2004 I picked up a pair of wondering shoes and haven\'t been able to take them off. Just to let you know I am Quality Control Manager for a General Contractor working in the country of Laos building an embassy for the U.S. Government. Yes I said Laos, that little sliver of waste land next door to Vietnam, just North of Thailand. There is just so much to say Lisa that I really don\'t know where to start!!! Maybe I should just pass on the idea of trying to catch everyone up on the "Life and Times" of Larry Lautar?? My life has been so Blessed again not sure where to start. I\'ve been married to the Love of my Life for the last 24 years and we have one son who is getting ready to turn 22. Oh what tangled webs we weave; I\'m working in Laos, my wife is living in Louisiana, and our son is going to the University of Florida in Gainsville. Talk about your opportunities for frequent flier miles!!! I do wish we could be there for the reunion!! I see so many faces in my minds eye and I would truly like to see everyone in person!! Please continue to update the web site that has all of the pictures in it, such a wonderful job to whom ever may have put that together!!! Lisa, please stay in touch and feel free to give out or post my e-mail address to anyone you wish. Not sure if I will here back from group, but hey here\'s to hoping. Cheers, Larry
Cheers from South Beach, my God what the hell did I miss? From everyones notes, I'm thinking a lot!! If you find the time, fire away!!!Larry
Kurt and I will be there for sure!
I am really looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion this year!! :)
I am so sorry I wasn't able to make the reunion! : ( The pictures are great! It was fun looking at some familiar faces. Looks like everyone had a great time. Hopefully the next time.
How is it possible? Thirty years but many times it feels like 30 days ago. I am sorry I missed all of the fun but I really enjoyed all of the pictures. It looks as if everyone had a good time. Now I can be removed from the "missing list"
78ers, I wanted to acknowledge the one year anniversary (Nov. 5) of the passing of our dear friend and fellow alum, Anne Marie Dunn. She was one tough chick and she never failed to put a smile on my face with her candor and wit. Anyway, I have posted several pictures of Anne Marie, who always joined a group of us for Alum dinners over the past several years. These pics are in the "The Fun and Friendships Continue" album. She is truly missed. It was great to see many of you last July!!Cheers! Mimi
Venetia and I look forward to seeing everyone having missed the 30th.
Hey Class of 78! I originally thought I was coming to the reunion but sadly have to bow out due to a wedding in California's wine country! I'm really going to miss seeing everyone so I best be seeing tons of pictures & get all the scoop too! We have our oldest starting college @ Nebraska on 8/21 (Corey) & our youngest (Jake) starting his sophomore year in HS. Busy times, but fun! We're going on our 21 year in Chicago so look us up if you head our way! Have a great reunion! Ill sadly miss it & everyone there! Party on w/out me!
35 years??? If you don't see me at the reunion then I'm still in denial!!!
busy weekend!! so excited to see everyone at the East '78 reunion and then heading to the Alter '78 reunion!! see ya'll soon!!!
Dave and I had so much fun looking at the pictures on the website!!! We did a great job of picking out who most people were. I will admit to not being able to read all of your nametags. We were sorry to miss the reunion. We still live in Southern California and would love to hear from anyone who lives in our area (and anyone else too). Oh yea, when we saw a picture of us in the 20 yr. reunion photos, we were pleased to see that we haven't aged at all!!! Well, maybe our son has. Jake is 13 and we have a daughter, Katie Rose, who is 9. Keep adding those photos to the website, it is great to see everyone.
Hey everyone, Had a great time.Just wasn't enough time to see and joke with everyone like I would have liked to.Yes that was me on the diving board late at night "nude".One day I'll grow up but in the mean time I'm having too much fun. When we were getting our group picture taken they shoved me to the front.Thats when I realized that most of you guys and gals are quite a bit taller than I.I think that our class should be renamed"Farimont East -The Amazon Class of 78-ha ha.Anyway if anyone is ever in Dallas give Linda and I a call and we'll do something. 214-348-7835. Great time and good planning gals. MATT
Thanks for getting the "name tags" in the pictures. I think I could name about 30% of you. Not that anyone changed in 30 years.....much!I hope everyone is having a great fall.- Randy
Hey, everyone! Seems I hadn't updated my email address on here, so not sure what I've missed. We plan on attending the reunion and look forward to seeing everyone!
Just returned from a summer visit to Ohio:-) The world is a very small place. My niece, Andrea, is dating a nice young man she met at Ohio State, named Scott Baker, who happens to be George Baker and Judy Toepfer\'s nephew. I\'m sure Judy had a hand in that meeting from the heavens above:-) I still miss her!!
I am looking forward to seeing everyone at this year's 35th reunion.
What a great time! Lisa Apt is my hero for putting this all together! Will stay in touch with all who gave me email addresses. Go East!Julie
